Leybold CERAVAC Transmitters

CERAVAC transmitters CTR are active sensors with a diaphragm made of Inconel®, which offers an excellent accuracy (up to 0.12% rdg.) with highest reproducibility. Due to the resistant material composition the CERAVAC is also suited in very aggressive and corrosive applications.

Leybold THERMOVAC Transmitter

THERMOVAC transmitters TTR are active sensors (pressure to voltage converters) using thermal conductivity after the very robust MEMS Pirani technology together with a PIEZO diaphragm (TTR101). Depending on the field of application, a selection between different sensors in the pressure measure range between 10-5 and 1500 mbar mbar is possible. The THERMOVAC transmitter are benchmark concerning measurement uncertainty and resilient to vibration and shock venting.

Leybold PENNINGVAC Transmitters

PENNINGVAC-Transmitters PTR are active sensors (pressure to voltage converters) based on the principle of the Inverted Magnetron technology. Here the pressure is measured through automatic ignition of the cold cathode by the MEMS PIRANI (PTR90 N). These sensors offer a wide measurement range (10-8mbar) and have a very long life time, due to a low ionization current and compact stainless steel body.

Leybold IONIVAC-Combi-Transmitters

IONIVAC-Transmitters ITR are active sensors (pressure to voltage converters) which are based on the Bayard-Alpert principle. A hot cathode emits electrons which impinge on an anode. The gas of which is to be measured, is thus ionized. The resulting positive ion current is detected through the third electrode and this current is used as the signal which is proportional to the pressure. The Hot Cathode Ionization sensors offer a wide measurement range of 10-10 to 10-1 mbar (0.75·10-10 to 0.75·10-1 Torr).
